Utility trailer dealer

Booked caravan in for wheel alignment, unfortunately this business failed to advise they never had the correct equipment to perform the task. Instead the old fashioned bush repair technique was used resulting in one tyre scrubbing heavily in less than 3000K. Reported issue to Cam the owner who didn’t want to help and no refund offered.New wheel alignment done with correct equipment by Driving Wheels and van is running great again.Would not recommend!!

We called Cameron and he was able to fit us in the next day to have our Patriot Camper services after the Gibb River Road. The service was quick and handover more than what we got when we bought the camper!!! Thank you Cameron we highly recommend you and your company.Brett and Toni Ward

Darren has just completed repairing and refurbishing my Bayliner boat trailer. I am one very, very satisfied customer. Darren is one of those all too rare trades specialists: he knows what he is talking about, he knows what he is doing, he is reliable and most of all he delivers on promises. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous and honest. I will be using DTL of all my trailer servicing from now on. I strongly recommend DTL.

Couldn’t recommend Pat and the team at PC Engineering enough, they have been absolutely amazing with our enclosed trailer that we bought on FB marketplace. We took it there initially to get some work done on it to get it through the licensing inspection. I had tried a few places prior but no one was interested or capable of doing the work but Pat and his team squeezed it in for us so that we could take it camping that weekend.Not only that but he gave us some great ideas that we could do it to make it even better without even asking, we were so happy with the service that we are now taking it back regularly so that he can do the improvements on it and also has fitted a side door for us in the pinch of time before we took it away for the weekend in the rain.It's not often you find a business that has great customer service, quick turnaround and great prices to match. Anyone looking for a new trailer or some work done on your trailer I would highly recommend heading in to PC Engineering as you won't be disappointed!

Thanks a million Pat and team for replacing my boat trailer bearings this afternoon. My trailer bearings just started screaming as I drove through roundabout coming into Bunbury and called PC Engineering and they had them both replaced and we were back on the road within an hour - great job !!!

I bought a 7x4 custom caged trailer for camping from Pat an Conor in Aug19 but was disappointed with the finish. I think they were just too busy for their own good and feel they rushed my trailer with no thought of the actual quality, they just wanted it done and out the door. I’ve had to get someone else to tidy up their careless work after they made it clear they were not prepared to.They over promised and under delivered. I wish I’d never given them the work and cannot recommend them.

Cam's service was excellent. He explains everything so you understand the issues you have and how they can be remedied. He then tries to fit you into his already overloaded schedule. Then he goes to the next level by explaining what to look for and how to avoid the same issues. On top of all that he is reasonably priced. Thanks Cam your a champion, you deserve more that five stars.
